In Ayurveda, sneha, or oil, holds deep + enduring wisdom for supporting female physiology. On the threshold of Winter, we'll explore the ways that we can use this prolific and versatile substance to enhance our immunity, regulate our nervous systems, and explore a deeper sense of self-acceptance.

Participants can expect a hands-on learning experience centered around self-massage, so please come with a towel/ blanket/ sheet to sit on and comfortable loose clothing that can potentially get a little oily.

Learn simple, transformative techniques for holding space, channeling deep wisdom, and providing a customized, deeply restorative warm oil massage.

This Abhyanga 101 training caters to bodywork professionals and those with experience with touch therapies. Space is limited to 10 participants.

We invite you to learn this staple self-care tool from the Ayurvedic tradition this Winter season, right when we'll be needing it the most. If you have been curious about Ayurveda, are seeking an accessible and rewarding tool to help you stay resilient and joyful all winter long, or if you just love to embrace all things cozy and treat yo'self oriented, come join! Participants are encouraged to bring a large towel or old sheet to sit on, and wear comfortable, casual clothing that can be rolled up. There will be time after the workshop to ask questions about my formulas and to receive some guidance around which blend may work best for you.

The cold months can feel caustic and long, but there is no better time to dive into your practice to nourish and fill your cup. I am ecstatic to come back to King Hill Cottage for our third winter retreat!​
Located in Surprise, New York, we will spend a weekend learning, practicing, singing, and connecting to ourselves and others. 

Marisa Hall is joining us for a deep dive into your Ayurvedic constitution,  Josh of Nighthawks will be serving up delicious meals all weekend, and we will learn about herbal infusions, conscious communication, and philosophy.
