An Ayurvedic lifestyle exemplifies a pursuit of balance, of seeking deep alignment with one's needs for health and happiness. An Ayurvedic lifestyle does not mean eating, acting, exercising, meditating or living perfectly -- it means deepening our self-awareness so that healthful, soul-fueling decisions become second nature.

The following services - Ayurvedic Health Coaching and Restorative Acupressure - are rooted in the spirit of Ayurvedic mentorship and represent my intuitive approach to holistic lifestyle counseling and healing arts.

There is space for you.

AYURVEDIC Wellness coaching

As an Ayurvedic Health Counselor, my job is to create a space for you to awaken that sleeping knowledge within each of us that is the key for self-directed health.  Together, we will explore any and all health concerns that you may have, and create a personalized plan of simple diet and lifestyle routines geared towards restoring your sense of balance, well-being, and "you-ness."

Our goal is to work together towards:

improved digestion

increased vitality

relief from pain, stiffness & stagnation

a rejuvenated, compassionate & deeply connected sense of self.

+ What to expect from the process

  • at your initial visit, space and time are allotted for you to fill out your comprehensive health history form over a cup of tea, after which we will sit down together and discuss your habits, routines, goals for health and Ayurvedic insights that apply to your unique life.
  • in subsequent visits, we dive deeper into your needs for physical, mental & spiritual growth, helping to form a more complete, nuanced picture of your unique constitution and health requirements. With each visit, we highlight the areas of your life where change and support feel most vital, and we continue to assess the efficacy of the Ayurvedic lifestyle practices that are being explored.
  • for deep, truly constructive and lasting change to take place, time and patience are our greatest allies, and I remind my clients of that often. Know that the path of your self-discovery will be a collaborative one, where options are openly discussed and meant to work with your current lifestyle.

A blending of my two loves into one incredible bodywork offering.

Restorative yoga is the practice of deep relaxation involving yin-style postures for muscular release & mental surrendur. All the adjustments, all the props, all the healing that stillness & breath can deliver. Marma therapy is the Ayurvedic system of acupressure, a form of energy medicine that offers deep relief by re-establishing healthy pranic flow in the body. Marma therapy works on the subtle body to move prana, or life force, throughout the body, potentially resulting in and not limited to the following:

  • relieved stagnation, stiffness & mental, emotional, or physical blockage

  • calming of the mind & emotions

  • improved respiratory, digestive, circulatory, nervous & lymphatic function

  • imcreased energy, vitality and resiliency

  • enhanced awareness & spiritual development

In these beautiful sessions, you will enjoy the the full extent of marma therapy, addressing 50+ marma points throughout the duration of your session.

Pay as you can

You read that correctly. This is not a joke.

I believe in making holistic mentorship and bodywork available to all regardless of income.

These sessions represent the transfer of ancient knowledge and more importantly, shared human connection. To the best of my knowledge and intuition, a Pay As You Can model supports my ability honor and uphold the philosophies of the Ayurveda to the highest degree.

The worth of my work and our time together does not grow or diminish in relation to your monetary donation; likewise, your value as a client and my devotion to service is not determined by what you can give.

So, no stress or to be had. There is space for you, and I'm honored that you would share it with me.
