This Ayurveda "Life Hacks" workshop sheds light on the Dinacharya, or daily routine practices, in a modern day context.  We'll explore the energetic rhythm of the 24-hour cycle and highlight small, simple ways that we can shift our habits to improve our sleep, jump start our digestion, make better stress-management choices, and live more fully.

This is an ideal workshop for the Ayurveda newbie and well-versed student alike.
